How did our county get to this state this state of affairs? As resients of this county did we turn blind eyes to the goings on of our county officials or did we just blindly trust that they were doing everything according to Hoyle? We know no formal charges have been filed yet, but it sounds like this investigation has been going on for a long time, so why did we not suspect something was wrong before it came to this?
